Spring has sprung early this year! One comment so far. Good Endings, New Beginnings. Still singing about 20 times a month, in 10 or more places. Some are weekly, others bi-weekly, monthly or on occasion. Always room for one more! From the Silly to the Sublime.
My greatest joy comes from my role as Mother to nine beautiful children. They are priority in my life and are my greatest teachers. In September 1995, the stream of life came crashing down on me when my youngest daughter, Carolyn, was hit by a semi-truck on her way to work. Would you suggest that I listen? She steps up with the ferocity of love! .
Friday, February 12, 2010. Well, my intentions were to Blog every day I was here in India, but after a rough couple of days adjusting sleeping habits, time change, busy schedules and the wall mounted crooked toilet in my hotel room. Needless to say I was beat by evening time to even think straight let alone share my random thoughts. There has been plenty to laugh about and at. One of my life mantras is never forget where u came from.
יום שלישי, 7 ביולי 2015. אפשר לעשות קוויקי בבית ואפשר גם על הגג. אז קים החליטה שהיא רוצה להתאמן על גג דירתה באויר הפתוח וכך היה, גם זו דרך להתחטב. מוזמנים להצטרף אליה לעוד אימון קוויקי חזק ומאתגר. תרגיל 1- מכרע לאחור בעיטה- 12 10 8 6 חזרות. שרירים שעובדים- רגליים, ישבן. תרגיל 2- שכיבות סמיכה טחנת רוח- 12 10 8 6 חזרות. שרירים שעובדים- חזה, כתפיים, זרועות, בטן. תרגיל 3- מעמידה לפלאנק- 12 10 8 6 חזרות. שרירים שעובדים- רגליים, בטן, כתפיים, חזה, זרועות.
